Due to the strengthening of the real-name policy for Customs Clearance in Taiwan, the recipients of parcels in Taiwan,

If the real-name authentication APP-EZ WAY (EZ WAY) is not downloaded and registered, the package will not be able to go through Customs smoothly.

According to this policy, real-name verification will be implemented for parcels delivered to the Customs on May 16, 2020.

If the recipient has not been verified by real-name authentication, the Customs Clearance will be opened after confirming the supplementary information for the first time.

However, when the package in the same name as the recipient is imported, the verification has not been completed, and the implementation will be implemented in stages from December 28, 2021, and will be fully implemented from June 2022. Any purchase of overseas imported packages has not been completed on the eve of arrival in Taiwan. If there is no reply to the certification and the notification of Customs Clearance appointment, all packages imported under the name of the recipient will not be able to pass through Customs smoothly.

Because it is difficult for us to verify whether it is the product you ordered, whether the real-name authentication has been completed, etc.,

Please be aware that if the package is returned due to non-compliance with the above-mentioned regulations on the real-name system for import of packages, the responsibility will be attributed to the orderer.

Therefore, all Taiwan customers are also requested to complete the EZ WAY APP registration to avoid damage to your rights.
